Food Expo: A trade exhibit participated by various industry partners to showcase their latest products, equipment and technology. Among those who have confirmed to exhibit their products are Nestle Professional, ISCAHM, Decouverte Corp., AICA, Equilibrium, Bakels Philippines, PFESCORP, Pepsi Cola, Loopex Equipment, Hydrocarbons, Pos Gasul.
Seminar:  Dine Philippines 2012’s Restaurant Management Seminar Series will be conducted by Adolf Aran, Jr. on July 27, 2012 @ 1pm.  The powerhouse speakers are John Lu Koa (French Baker), Chef Michael Oberle, Dan Francisco (The Big Chill) and Jack Madrid (Multiply.com).  Tickets at P1500.  Special rate of P1200 to students and faculty.
